My vote goes to the Adobe
My vote goes to the Adobe Photoshop forums as well.
There are a lot of well-seasoned pros there who are pretty good about answering quickly.
But it can come with a price. Visitors are strongly encouraged to do their own homework, and to not expect to be spoon-fed answers to questions which can be more quickly found by consulting the Help Files and PDF manual, or by Googling. Learning the terminology and understanding the basics will help enormously. Unclear questions are not well-tolerated.
The best guide I've ever seen for getting help with troubleshooting and with difficult questions anywhere—both online and in meatspace—is linked there, and I'll provide it here, as well:
http://www.adobeforums.com/webx?50@@.2cd06cd9
That document was adapted and condensed from its original version, here:

Write clearly, and don't use all capitals, text-messaging slang or leet-speak or you will be soundly flogged for it, or worse—completely ignored. Also understand that the Adobe Forums are not really meant for teaching beginners how to use an application. There are a bazillion other good tutorial sites and beginner forums that serve that purpose much better.
That said, the majority of folks there who spend a lot of time answering questions will go to the ends of the earth to help, as long as the dialogue remains respectful. There's an endlessly deep info resource in the people there, just waiting to be tapped.
