The little pointy thing is the key!
I think that the circle in the logo represents our planet (among other things). The downward-pointing caret on the top of the circle points down. Together, those two signify something in the southern part of the globe. Argentina is in the southern hemisphere.
Or, hey, it's a big bag of money.
